Getting back on track

I guess I was blind sided by Easter. I am trying to get back on track but it has not been easy. My plan this week was to journal my eating but that has not been happening. I promise to try to do better with that because I know it works for me. I have been watching The Biggest Loser and trying to inspire myself to push forward and try some different exercises. Wish me luck at my weigh-in Sat. AM!

Hey Cathy:
I was reading the blog while waiting for Michael,Lindy and the girls (Marc too, of course). My Marc just left for the airport to pick up Kerrin and Ed.

I hope your weigh in this morning was successful. Having been to W.W. I know how disappointing those weeks can be when we're either level or gain a bit. We go to dinner once a month with a group of people and one of the women goes to WW. She had gained 3pounds this past week....and all this after training for the three day breast cancer walk in the fall. She figured she'd walked about 38 miles this week!

Keep up the good work....I know you can do it.
